A fully automated vertical lift system designed by PFlow Industries for a paper plant in Appleton, Wis., is designed to catch massive paper rolls that are discharged from production and then relocated for shipping.

This PFlow custom lift design, based off our F Series vertical lift, is equipped with a cushioning device and a customized V-shaped carriage that tilts to load and unload rolls.

With high throughput and high frequency, the custom designed lift system moves 30 rolls per hour, 24 hours per day and 350 days per year, with a load requirement of 9,000 pounds.
