Fully Automated Systems

PFlow fully automated systems integrate horizontal conveyors with PFlow VRCs to automate your multi-level workflow. Instead of relying upon forklifts or manual labor to move materials, boxes, and cargo to different floor levels, a VRC can help automate the entire process and increase the efficiency and throughput of your operations.

Custom designed to fit your exact specifications, these fully automated systems can be structured as simple, two-level applications or complex multi-level, multi-directional systems that provide horizontal and vertical movement and offer flexible loading and unloading patterns.

Automate your facility and significantly improve labor efficiency with a fully automated system from PFlow.

Frequently Asked Questions

PFlow typically does not build horizontal conveyor systems—a third-party dealer or material handling integrator will design and build the horizontal system. Our engineers and designers then coordinate with the manufacturer and work closely with them to ensure seamless integration and automation of the VRC(s) into that system. Contact us for more details.
